INHALANTS
Inhalants are chemical vapors that produce mind-altering effects when users inhale them by sniffing or snorting.
Teenagers and young adults account for a large portion of the inhalant abuse.
Side effects include: dizziness, strong hallucinations, delusions, belligerence, weight loss, disorientation, depression.
Chronic abuse may cause brain damage.
Death may occur from a single use or after prolonged use.
SSD (sudden sniffing death) may result within minutes of inhalant abuse.
